Instructions for authors of oral presentation

Recommended range of paper is about 6 pages including images and tables. For oral presentation the time 15 minutes maximal is expected.

Instructions for submissions can be downloaded as PDF file (Acrobat Reader),  DOC file (Microsoft word) or in ODT file (Open Office).

We require to comply this instructions. Manuscript of papers should be send till 15.2.2010

Conference program will be publish on this web pages

Instructions for author of posters

Poster section will tak same place as conference.

poster shloud satisfy following conditions:

• Allowed poster area will be maximal 1,5 (high) x 0,8m (width)
• Maximum 1 page length abstract will be published in conference proceedings. Full poster text (max 8 pages) will be published on CD-ROM.

Authors registration

Papers or poster authors (one person from authors team) has to send binding registration and cover conference fee till 15. 02. 2010.

The conference fee will be increased when it will be payed after 15.01. 2009

One conference fee allows to present max. 2 contributions of one conference participant.

Registration of other conference participants

Conference visitors without a contribution should send the binding registration till 31.03. 2010.

Conference fee payment should be covered (in special cases) directly at the conference beggining. In this case the conference fee is increased by 15%.
